Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt, wie workflowbasierte eLearning-Dienste fur Realschulen entwickelt werden konnen. Hierfur wird zunachst das Potenzial aktueller Internettechnologien fur den Einsatz im Unterricht analysiert und Anforderungen von Lehrpersonen an eLearning-Dienste werden erfasst. Es wird ein Baukasten mit funf elementaren und sieben kompositen eLearning-Diensten spezifiziert. Zu jedem der eLearning-Dienste wird ein eLearning-Prozessmodell entwickelt. Es wird exemplarisch gezeigt, wie die eLearning-Dienste als eLearning-Workflows implementiert werden konnen.
